一進房間感覺很壓抑，也不是床🛏️，這個算不上是個酒店衹能算得上是個旅行社，隔音效果很差，房間很吵，價格和房間不對等，連停個車都要收費，上個電梯都讓刷卡，真的很差勁的，目前為止住的是最差的酒店了。

外賣上不來要到前台去拿，隔音差，四周貼的像瓷磚睡不着，床很硬像東北的炕，門打開費勁，用的是中央空調不制熱

早上辦入住是前台答應免升房型，晚上回酒店房間門打不開，到前台詢問後要我補房間差價才能繼續住，又説我網上下單續住了沒有跟前台説，我的天啊，早上辦入住時跟當班的小姑娘説了要續住，而且第二天要搬回所訂的房型，晚上上班的人説她不知道，你不知道應該不是客人的問題吧，該告知的我都説了，是前台培訓不足，工作也沒有相應的交接，還一直要客人補差價，（同時在前台還聽到有個房間的客人説房間有好幾衹貓，這是什麼新開的酒店），果斷的把續住訂單取消並打電話給攜程客服投訴，這家蘇子酒店是一家讓人花錢買罪受的店，如果可以我一分都不想給呢，超級生氣😡
