The pillows and duvet were fluffy and soft, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water and all necessary amenities, plus thoughtful extras for daily living. The attention to detail made it feel just like home. Daisy was incredibly warm and attentive, greeting guests proactively and patiently answering any questions with quick responses, making the whole experience feel seamless and personal. The sky western restaurant on the 29th floor had an elegant ambiance. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including local specialties and exquisite Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and enjoying breakfast high above the city was a fantastic experience. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, with clean and elegant common areas and comfortable, relaxing lounge spaces. The free parking was also very convenient, making self-driving stress-free. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. The environment was luxurious, the service attentive, the location superb, and the facilities excellent. It's perfect for family vacations, couples, or friends getting together. To find a hotel of this quality in Kunshan with such high value for money and a perfect experience is rare. It's incredibly convenient whether you're sightseeing or just getting around daily. Even though it's in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The room experience was impeccable, with attention to every detail. There was no strange odor when I opened the door; instead, there was a faint woody scent, which speaks volumes about the ventilation and cleanliness. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and gentle on the skin – lying down instantly relieved all fatigue. The soundproofing was an unexpected delight, ensuring a full night's sleep until morning. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, towels were soft and plush, toiletries were comprehensive, and every corner was spotlessly clean.
