I was on a business trip to Kunshan and stayed at Chengxi Xinxin Kechuang Atour Hotel. I checked in at 5pm and checked out at 8am the next day. The lobby is very beautiful, you can work there, there is a printer, and there are many books. The room environment is very good, all can be controlled by Xiaodu smart, you can turn on the TV, lights, and curtains. Their top floor is a restaurant with a wide view. The breakfast is very rich and is the most satisfying I have ever had in a hotel. There is also free porridge, side dishes and snacks in the evening. The overall experience is very satisfactory and it is worth staying again next time

房間超棒，服務超好，環境不錯，很安靜，空調很涼，床很舒服，非常推薦大家商務住宿及旅遊，離崑山南站也不遠，停車位充足。 先前公司組織八十多個人去崑山培訓，住的鑫欣科創亞朵。選它就是因為地段好、交通方便，離公司還近。一開始怕人多，入住、吃飯、搞活動會亂，結果完全沒操心。 從預訂開始，酒店店長就主動對接，會議室佈置、流程安排這些都不用我們管，還送了茶歇，有水果、小蛋糕，挺驚喜的。 培訓全程都順順利利的。結束後，有個客户都上高鐵了，説把重要的小筆記本落酒店了，肯定是在店裡丟的。店長説打掃時沒發現，但還是幫着看監控、找相關客人，折騰了挺久，最後找到了，是被其他住店客人收起來了。之後店長還幫忙寄給了客户，沒收錢，期間一直跟我同步進度，讓我特別省心。 這次活動能這麼圓滿，全靠亞朵酒店的配合、靈活服務和對細節的把控。以後公司活動，肯定還選這兒，必須給全體工作人員點個大大的贊！

亞朵酒店，你的服務和衞生真的讓我大失所望 我一直都很信賴亞朵酒店的品牌形象，也多次選擇入住你們的酒店。然而，最近在[入住的亞朵酒店具體名稱]的入住經歷，卻讓我對亞朵酒店的好感盪然無存，甚至感到無比失望。 衞生狀況堪憂 我於7月16日入住該酒店，進入房間後，本以為能迎來舒適的休息環境，可眼前的景象卻讓我震驚。我走到衞生間，浴室還有水漬，內部竟然還有惡臭，之前住客留下一條臭內褲，這讓我完全無法接受。 這些衞生問題不僅嚴重影響了我的入住體驗，更讓我對自身的健康安全產生了擔憂。作為一家知名的酒店品牌，這樣的衞生標準實在是令人難以想象。 管理水平低下 從衞生問題的出現到後續處理的一系列情況，都充分暴露了酒店管理水平的低下。首先，酒店的衞生監管制度似乎形同虛設，客房在出租前竟然沒有經過嚴格的清潔和檢查，導致如此糟糕的衞生狀況出現在客人面前。 這種管理水平不僅損害了酒店的品牌形象，也讓消費者的權益得不到應有的保障。我認為，亞朵酒店總部應該對這家分店的管理情況進行深入調查，找出問題的根源，並採取有效的措施加以整改。

房間整潔，採光性好，環境安靜，晚上不嘈雜。早餐豐富，中式西式都有，晚上還有免費的宵夜，沒去吃過，應該是粥。服務人員態度好，温柔大方。
