Old hotel located in the old town. Hotel is clean but lacks the amenities of a good hotel. Easy access to various parts of old town but has to drag your luggage on uneven cobbled streets. After checking out, the staff is kind to help us push one of our luggages to the exit point. Breakfast is not in the hotel but at a restaurant down the road.

Hotel is situated inside the gates of Zhouzhuang. It's a beautiful mix of ancient architecture and modern conveniences. Our experience with the day time staff of three young girls was exceptional and unparalleled. I've stayed at hotels that cost several times that of this one and never had such amazing service. They were very friendly, always ready to assist and smiled everytime we walked by. Always doing everything within their power to accommodate us. Their names are, 一夏, 三七 and 小赵.
Definitely recommend this place for a great experience and great value!

A very pleasant experience passed in the hotel, authentic Jiangnan style layout and decoration. Kindly hospitality and cute cat at reception. recommend to all voyagers in ZHOU zhuang.

Air conditioning did not work.
Friendly staff moved us to a different room which was damp and the TV did not work.
Breakfast arrived on a tray in the morning ~ like returning to quarantine.
Friendly staff helped us find our way around and looked after our bags.
Hotel was obviously very grand in its early days, perfect location but has been left unattended.

Historical buildings with Jiangnan charm. The front desk reception is dedicated and serious. They pick you up at the parking lot. The service staff is warm. It is the first water town in Jiangnan. Living in the scenic area, the private garden and experience hall are very good.
