衞生有極大的問題！！！晚上洗漱的時候就覺得洗髮水 沐浴露 洗手液味道都很怪，後來洗澡特地沒有用他們的沐浴露，就衹是沖水。床不是很舒服，床單被罩感覺倒是和之前住的其他酒店差不多，但是晚上睡着總覺得有點點味道。
我的情況：我自己帶的毛巾睡衣，今天早上起床之後就覺得身上有點癢還沒多想，結果直到晚上，我的手臂小臂都被撓紅了（實際比圖片更嚴重點）。

週末臨時計劃帶娃去崑山千燈古鎮，找了一家離千燈古鎮很近的酒店星程酒店，雖然是第一次入住，但感覺挺好的，酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，早餐也很豐富，前台客服工作人員熱情，下次還會入住！

是星程能耐了？還是華住會能耐了？還是某些前台能耐了？在星程住了十幾晚了，還是華住會金會員。 截圖僅僅是攜程訂單，華住會app上也有訂單就不截了。

孩子12點正好要上網課，詢問延遲退房，直接告知“30元一小時，按鐘點房來算。” 聞所未聞，驚世奇觀！！！ 星程以前偶爾也延遲、但也沒要收費啊？？！！！

人家五星級酒店，基本也會同意延遲退房。除非房源緊張，不允許延遲，我們也接受的。。但是！！從沒聽到住店客人延遲退房按照鐘點房來收費的。

定的他們最貴的套房，很不滿意，晚上十一點多取完房卡上樓，發現門都沒關，等於也不用刷房卡就能進，進入房間全都是樓下燒烤店的味道，窗户也沒關，打電話給服務枱説換到樓下，結果一樣還都是燒烤味，沒有更換房間的必要
第二：問有沒有小孩子牙刷拖鞋，也都沒有，這應該是最基本的了
第三：洗完澡發現淋浴房外面都溢水
體驗感真是一塌糊塗
