Five star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.  Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.  Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.  Can’t rave enough about our experience. A+

I booked a deluxe double room. I felt that the ordinary 20-square-meter room was too small, so I upgraded it to a higher level. The whole weekend in autumn was full, everyone came to eat hairy crabs🤣🤣 The room is very spacious and the smart phone is very convenient The bed is comfortable to sleep on, not too soft or too hard. The seersucker quilt cover is quite special. It has a fluffier feeling. Compared with ordinary quilt covers, it is a positive innovation. There is also a free special pear juice drink in the lobby ~ the service is also very friendly. The new hotel in 2024 has a relatively good overall decoration and hardware facilities, and there is no peculiar smell. It is highly recommended🙆🏻♂️

The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern, international feel. The attention to detail was evident, including the cool kettle and the black, thinly trimmed bathroom accents, which added to the understated elegance. The toiletries smelled delicious. The breakfast was plentiful, and I'd stay again. The value for money was excellent. It's more understated and sophisticated than the Four Seasons.

The hotel is very new, the facilities are perfect, the attitude of the service staff is also very good, kind and polite, and the response is quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the sound insulation effect is average, because the room is close to the road, and the sound of the car outside can be heard at night.

I checked in at three o'clock in the morning alone that day, and repeatedly confirmed with the front desk that I checked out at two o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, I called me to check out at 12:30 the next day. I said that your front desk said two o'clock yesterday. She still sighed there as if I was unreasonable. Like, I said something, You can also come down at two, inexplicably. In addition, the room I gave to me at the beginning, the chair was placed on the bed when I entered the door, and it was not cleaned at all, but the little girl at the front desk immediately upgraded the room type for me, which was handled well. There are cigarette butts under the sink in the new room, and the towels are all drawn and pulled into a cloth, but overall it is decent.

The first time I stayed at the hotel, the price is OK, the traffic is more convenient, I will come back next time I have a chance, the front desk is warm, praise praise praise praise.

The front desk staff was kind and the check-in and check-out procedures were very fast and efficient. Moreover, they can patiently answer various questions about the surrounding play and give a lot of useful suggestions.

The hotel is very new, and the service is very considerate. There is a laundry room and a gym on the first floor, which are newly added. After dinner, the laundry room washes clothes, and then walks on the treadmill for half an hour, feeling relaxed and comfortable!
