A perfect experience! The Hyatt Regency provided a child traveling alone with complete care. I booked a weekend trip at the Hyatt specifically for my child. Initially, I was apprehensive—it was his first time staying away from home alone, and I worried about his safety and whether he'd be able to take care of himself. I repeatedly reminded him of everything before departure. However, after arriving, the hotel's meticulous service completely dispelled all my concerns. I especially want to commend the staff—Kris, Elsa, Xiaoman, and Xuanyu—for their thoughtfulness and care that made the entire trip so heartwarming. Elsa took the initiative to upgrade the child's room, creating a spacious and comfortable environment that made the child feel more at ease. She also carefully explained how to use the various amenities in the room, helping him quickly adapt to the new environment. Kris was even more thoughtful. Knowing that the child was going out under the scorching sun, he offered him a parasol and reminded him to use sunscreen. This small gesture was incredibly heartwarming. Xiaoman and Xuanyu thoughtfully resolved some minor accommodation issues, coordinating in advance so that the child could stay in the same room without having to change luggage, saving them the hassle of frequent packing and room changes. They also took note of the child's daily routines and would proactively inquire about their needs when they passed by, acting like a caring family. From check-in to check-out, the four staff members provided professional and warm service, making the child feel fully cared for, and as a parent, I felt incredibly at ease. A hotel that prioritizes its guests is truly worth recommending. I will definitely choose Hyatt again for my next family trip!
