Golden Sunshine Hotel (Kuqa No.2 Middle School)

The room is really nice. It's big and very clean. It's very quiet when sleeping at night. No light comes in when the curtains are closed. There's also free breakfast, dinner, pick-up and drop-off, and airport pick-up. The price is really great. value I just hope that the hotel can separate dry and wet areas in the future. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located in the urban area of ​​Kuqa, with convenient transportation, only a few minutes by taxi from Kuqa Station. The hotel's internal facilities are good and very comfortable. You can visit the night market in the evening, there are many delicious food. Kuqa is the end point of Duku Highway. Next time I go to Kuqa, I will consider this hotel. (Another note: The watermelon outside the Kizil Grottoes is really sweet!)

The overall check-in experience is barely ok. The room has no smell and is quite spacious. The bathroom basically does not have dry and wet separation, and only disposable towels are used. Four pieces of laundry are washed every day, and an extra piece will be collected at 2 speeds. The clothes were washed and brought to the room. Auntie knocked twice and opened the door by herself. We were sleeping and we were very depressed. There is no do not disturb mode. Really angry. The most unhappy thing was breakfast. There were already many tour groups using it at 8:30 on the first day, and there was basically no food. We asked if we would add more. There was a white dress, and my aunt didn’t look so good and said we had to wait. We got it later. When the eggs came out, the tour group and the aunties all finished them immediately, so we asked them to finish it first and they were still waiting after leaving. After 10 minutes, there was still food brought out, only frozen steamed buns and some remaining vegetables. Didn't get it. The next day we had yesterday's experience and went to have breakfast at 9:50. The situation was even worse than yesterday. There were more people in the group today and we still didn't get anything to eat or drink. If the guest's reservation includes breakfast, it means that the guest needs to have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel knows how many people have breakfast every day. How can such a simple operation go wrong? Clearly there is something wrong with hotel management.

This is my second order To add some details that were left out in the previous review: 1. Spare parts. On the first night, I found that there were only two disposable towels and no bath towels. I thought it was because the staff left them out and didn't care. On the second night, I didn't need to clean them (no one came to clean them), so I went to ask. The floor staff asked for additional supplies, but there were still only two disposable towels and no bath towels. I specifically read the hotel reviews and found that bath towels were provided. I have also stayed in other hotels where they only had four disposable towels, face wash and bath towels. Because I can bring my own bath towel, I didn’t mention this issue, but this does not mean that it is right to skimp. 2. Check-out details. My last comment said that I had to wait for a long time. When I went to check-out, there were no other customers at the front desk. I handed over my room card and waited for the room check (because there was a deposit), and two guests also checked out during the period. room, I stepped aside and waited. I thought the front desk would remember that it was on a first-come, first-served basis, but everyone else returned their deposits and left before it was my turn. It wasn’t until I asked that I said: Your room has been inspected early, and you can go. ah. I? ? Walk? What about my deposit? Then there is the negotiation for the deposit. This train station store, I don’t know if there is no one to manage it or something, but there is no service at all. This is the worst service experience I have experienced in more than 40 hotels along my journey (I traveled for more than 40 days).

這次住的房間確實很熱，空調開了，躺在床上背下面是熱的，上面是涼的，整個晚上都沒休息，疲憊的，火車上睡了一天，太疲憊了。

新開酒店設施全，智能電燈開關，房間乾淨整潔，含早晚兩餐很可口。每天提供一次性大洗浴毛巾，免費洗衣和擦鞋服務。前台服務很周到，我們一早幹火車還為我們提前早出租車，並給我們早餐乾糧。 住得很滿意再續住了一晚。
