The hotel is newly opened this year, very new and very airy, the low-end price does not affect the high-end quality, the price is super high, the hotel launched the pick-up and drop-off service in this off-season, it can be said to be considerate and thoughtful, the room is very spacious, clean and hygienic, the view is very good, The waiters at the front desk and lobby of the hotel are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help, so that tourists can feel the warmth of home. By the way, the hotel's dining is worthy of being a five-star chef. The color and fragrance of the dishes are very beyond imagination and are especially recommended.
I have stayed in so many hotels but have never reviewed this one. This one is a good review. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and it is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with dinner, and it is so delicious. I want to save some space for the food. Oh, and there is also a foot bath service.
I must praise the beautiful woman at the front desk for her gentleness and enthusiastic service. She gave me two room cards unconditionally at the customer's request. When checking in, because the website and the hotel's corresponding system were inconsistent, the beautiful woman at the front desk went through the formalities first to let the guests check in without delaying the guests. Minutes, and then solve it by yourself, the business ability is very strong👍👍👍
The hotel is located next to Nanhu Night Market, which is very convenient for tasting food. The food in the night market is cheap and delicious.
Parking at the hotel is very convenient, the parking lot is very spacious, no parking ticket is required for entry and exit, it is free.
The bathroom supplies are very new and the sanitary conditions are very good.
The price/performance ratio is very good. I will definitely stay here next time I come.
The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The fluffy slippers. Dry and wet are separated, and the shower head has a large amount of water, making bathing very comfortable. There is a smart device, but I feel like it only closes the curtains for me and doesn't listen to my commands. Ha ha. There was breakfast, but we left too early and didn't eat it. I checked out in the morning and walked to the train station for about 10 minutes. The girl at the front desk chased me out and returned my deposit. There is a little problem. When the shower is being flushed upstairs, I can hear it clearly downstairs. The toilet paper on the toilet bowl in the bathroom was not new, it was left over from use. (maybe to save money)
I have been watching, squatting to a good price, and I was not disappointed after I came. At least the environment is very good. I saw a lot of young ladies taking pictures. The room is quite big and very new. There are fruit drinks every day. The little brother is very enthusiastic to help carry luggage. Very close to Gerstein Road within 10 minutes walk, in the old town, the Guizi alley is also nearby, great, continue next time

GGuest UserThe reception was very warm. I arrived at 7 am. The security guard at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. There was no impatience at all. The room was clean and hygienic. The space was large. The pillows were very comfortable. The hair dryer in the room was also very good. The wind was very comfortable and the overall environment was good. The lobby, elevator, corridors are very clean. The cleaning sisters are smiling and sweet. The front desk ladies are also very serious. It is worth staying. The price is super high. It is recommended.
CChensuxiThe hotel I stayed in for two nights in Kuqa, Hilton Garden Inn has a good location, seems to belong to the Kuqa New District, there is a river next to it, and the breakfast restaurant has a nice view.

The room is fully equipped with a microwave and a large bathroom. It should be a newly opened hotel with good facilities; the service is very good, the response speed is fast, and the room is clean; there are fewer fruits for breakfast, which may be related to the number of people staying in the off-season, but the service is very good, the food is delicious, and the noodle stall is full of ingredients. I will stay here next time I come to Kuqa
KKellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.
GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, and taxis are easily available right outside, making it quick and easy to get to attractions and shopping districts.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.
Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!
TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.
EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.
GGuest UserKuqa Guizi Alley Lanshe Homestay
Service: Service in place satisfaction
Hygiene: Hygiene and clean
Environment: Elegant environment
Suitable for people who travel, sincerely recommend tourists to Lanshe B&B.
GGuest UserThe room was OK and the hotel also reserved a parking space. But the breakfast is too bad, the food is not good, the hygiene is also poor. The picture shows the place where you take the bowls and chopsticks. You can see for yourself. I don't know what else is put there.
GGuest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.
There’s a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
It’s a good place to stay.
TTeo Sin DeeThe room is huge especially for 1 person.
Location wise is very near to the train station. I took a cab and it cost 5RMB at 6++in the morning.
I was very grateful that they let me check in at 7am and I managed to get some rest before I hit the town( old city)
Overall, do not put high expectations as this is a rather old hotel but it does serve the purpose if you just want a private room and sleep.
The bed can be a lil hard but I'm too tired to notice.
Like all the other reviewers, there are many eatery downstairs and public bus is available to reach the old city.
Many thanks to both ladies manning the reception.
