Where do I start, although I booked a Sea View Room, I was charged an extra €252 on Check In. Very rude interaction with reception staff with no satisfaction! Staff in general weren’t at all friendly or accommodating. On Check Out I got hit with a further €200 for the minibar! I drank 6 bottles of Efes, 2 soft drinks, 5 or 6 waters, 2 Toblerones and a jar of nuts!!! This Hotel is anything but a 5*

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money.
Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor.
Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra.
Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

The sea view from the restaurant is so amazing, it’s a pity that I didn’t stay for a few more days. Mainly European and American tourists, I didn’t meet any Chinese. Breakfast and dinner were very rich. The room was at the domestic four-star level. I was not assigned to a sea view room.
