Great location just around the bridge and can stay for 2 days in Arashiyama area for the shopping streets and bamboo forest. The onsen is indoor and suggest to go on Day 1 since it will be cleaning on the next day morning. The food is nice but may not be 100% good fit for kids. The room is big and we slept on the tatami directly.

服務：百年老店的服務真的沒得説，很貼心很仔細，而且每天都會給我們放上不一樣的可愛浴衣。
環境：就在渡月亭邊上，步行去嵐山的景點非常方便。就是店內碧川閣的地毯都磨損了，看上去不太雅觀。
衞生：衞生方面非常乾淨，沒有任何問題。
設施：因為是百年老店了，所以碧川閣的部分公區有些老舊，尤其是温泉，真的像日劇裏那些老店一樣的古老有歷史。

AVOID! This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Japan in decades. It felt like stepping back 30 years—that’s how outdated this hotel is! The price is absolutely not worth it. Everything is old and worn out, and the public bath was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in Japan.
千萬不要選這飯店！貴得離譜，又沒有那價錢該有的設備和服務！
那澡堂是我在日本遇過最爛的，餐點也非常普通。

嵐山渡月橋旁邊的温泉旅館，價位不低但也算不錯的選擇，服務員很細緻，早餐環境和品類都很好，房間也比想象中大，住的很舒服。
