I don’t know why this hotel has received such a high rating. I was deceived. While it was clean and the front desk was polite, there was no window in my room at ALL and the room itself lacked any of the charm the property listing promised. It’s overrated, overpriced, and disappointing.

Everything is perfect, absolutely everything, the welcome but we are in Japan so not surprising, the services all in detail, what a high-end hotel in France and in many places in the world with the subtlety of making it available, umbrellas, shopping bags, indoor kimonos, pajamas, quality amenities, etc., and dream pillows, everything is so perfect that the bar is high to be exceeded. We stayed in a spa suite room. The rooms are wonderful, but what stood out the most was the staff. I've never been to a hotel with such a warm welcome. Everyone was kind and I thought that this hotel was good from check-in. I had made inquiries by phone several times before staying, but I had a word to remember about that point. It's already the best. I thought that if I could work with such staff, I would feel good every day. I want to live
