设施：Hiden in a residential block, very quiet and away from commercial area. So the disadvantage is a bit far from the metro station and a bit insufficient of hospitality facilities of entertainment.
The room is 30 m2 square so excellent space. Toilet and bathroom are separated, tub is also available.
Staff are friendly, especially the Chinese front desk lady was patient and helpful. The overall staying was satisfying.

Check-in process is semi self-service. Which is unusual experience. I rather do everything myself or have it done by the receptionist. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and nice.

The hotel under the Banyan Tree Group did not disappoint. The front desk had Chinese reception, which was warm and polite. The hotel was clean, quiet and spacious. Two large beds could sleep four people. The transportation was convenient and it was easy to go anywhere. I will stay here again next time.
