Rooms: Small and modest, but comfortable. The beds are Japanese-style, and the bathtub is deep. The water takes a few minutes to warm up. Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Room was very small for 3. Did not like their housekeeping rule of cleaning the room every 3 days when we were there for 4 nights. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

It was very average. The hotel guy had a cold face (even though I am very good at Japanese), which really shocked me. There was no Japanese service at all. Not even a fake smile. And overall it is a low-cost hotel, with no services at all, everything is self-service. The water temperature is also not good, it is hot and cold. The only advantage is that it is close to Nijo Castle.

It wasn't close to the station, but it was within walking distance.
It was convenient to get around as there was a subway station and bus stop.
The interior of the hotel is also clean.
The bed is large enough for two people to lie down on it.
The air conditioner is great too.
The bathtub in the bathroom was spacious and comfortable.
The unfortunate thing is that check-in is done through a machine.
It was cumbersome because there were so many things to write down.
