Садик маленький и в него нельзя выйти, чисто для фотографий в отеле. Окна были закрыты снаружи неснимаемыми заглушками - их можно было открыть, но нельзя было увидеть улицу. Стиральная машина в порядке (хотя дали всего лишь два пакетика для стирки на 3 ночи на двоих), столовые приборы в порядке. Немного грязное постельное бельё. Но местоположение отличное - тихий район, при этом в пяти минутах ходьбы от Карасумы, большой станции, и Нишики Маркет.

很好的獨棟體驗～民宿，但也算是有品牌的連鎖店，入住比較特別，需要去它家在京都站開設的另一家酒店做check in，辦完手續他們可以有車免費送至入住點；退房時直接把房卡留在房間一本介紹冊的袋子裏就可以～所以早進晚出如果和入住退房時間不匹配的行李託運問題可以很好的解決～辦理入住時有可以提供中文服務的店員，交流無障礙。
房間的話店員會介紹説因為民居改建隔音可能有點差，實際街區很安靜並不存在問題～
客房內設施齊備，鍋碗，電磁灶、微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機全有；兩衞，一間浴室；洗浴用品全都是pola的；唯一的缺點是沒有椅子一個靠背椅都沒有，衹能自己找地方靠牆坐了
