When I booked my stay I couldn't find the option to make sure rhere is a mini fridge and microwave so I put it in the message directly to the hotwl, no one ever checked the
messages. I called the hotel to make sure they read my request which was minimal and to no avail I was not able to het through multiple attempts. I called while driving from Las Vegas, I was not happy with the customer service , I was rushed and placed on hold several times so they can assist other custo.ers just to ask a some question took over 30 minutes. When I arrived the gyy at the front desk still did not receive my request ,no available room with a microwave and fridge which was needed for my meds. I was told 1 would be available to switch in the morning at 10am with a up charge of $6 which ended up me having to speak to front desk 2 more times and relocate at 1pm wirh a upcharge of $32 a night because the it increased since I spoke to the office the night before si the not so nice girl at the front desk with the honey blond fade didnt care! after being kept up by kids running upstairs and jumping off the bed from 4am to about 9am which I finally called front desk at 7am...paper thinwalls. I been to this hotel several times previously...but its gotten worse...my grand daughter was scared to get in the poil because it was green! Smh. I can go on but I wont. I will not be returning thats for sure.I wish I would have taken pictures but my family and I just wanted to get out if there.
