It’s near to Nice train station and also tram station, right in between both station. Althought the room is not spacious, but overall it was clean and nice!

The service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. However, everything else was very good. There was free water in the refrigerator and a small balcony. I will continue to book next time I come!

Mr. Joris, who works at the reception at night, is the most friendly and kind person.
We talked almost every night, and he recommended many restaurants and gave us directions.
The rooms were more clean than the price, and each room had a small terrace, which was great for having a leisurely breakfast.
The shower room was also very nice and clean.
Although the elevator has an old-fashioned design, the system itself is new, so it looks cool and gives you peace of mind.
This is the first time I've visited a hotel that I can praise so highly.
Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend.
The receptionist Joris was such a nice guy, he told us so much about Nice and what are the good restaurants and boulangeries, and just a great person.
We talked every night about France and Japan and it was a pleasure!
The rooms were beautiful and clean, more than we could ask for. All the rooms have balconies you can enjoy and the shower room was clean, white and pleasant.
Have never been to a hotel I could recommend more than this one.
