Every year it's a little worse. The cabin that we had, the 50, was lacking in maintenance. There was humidity on the ceilings, broken lamps and heavy power cables in places where they could cause an accident and a short plug that if we used it cut off the light in the cabin. But without a doubt the worst thing is the restaurant, not only is the service very bad, but also the food was the worst that we tried in Sab Martín de los Andes, added to the fact that the menus that they promote are not the ones that are finally served, they manage to ruin dishes as simple as noodles with pesto. Color fact, they recycle the individual ones, one of the ones that we had was all drawn by the previous diner, luckily they had turned it over and they sure cleaned it before that nobody did (that in the end they did not charge). The cabins could increase the cost of maintenance. The restaurant try to avoid it at all costs

We stayed three people in the month of December 2021, I went for an Interval exchange. The apartment had one bedroom and in the living-dining room there was a sofa-bed, a gas stove with an oven and a microwave, a good bathroom with enough amenities, nice towels and washcloths, all the facilities in a good general state. Fabulous wifi (my daughter took an exam via zoom without problems). Correct parking space. The pool is quite small for the capacity of the complex and even worse for obvious reasons the capacity is minimal, we did not use it. The restaurant is comfortable if you are tired and don't want to walk but the menu is very short, they offer a daily menu at a good price. The cleaning staff are very correct and careful, on the other hand, the treatment on the front deck is quite bad, it seems that they are doing you a favor...

Las cabañas no tienen ningún tipo de mantenimiento, esta todo exactamente igual que hace 26 años. No está bien iluminado. No podes prácticamente cocinar, salvo preparar fideos o arroz porque las hornallas funcionan mal. Las ventanas al arque muy sucias de meses von tierra acumulada y excremento de pájaros en la ventana.es la 65 Dia antes de venir me dijeron que habia un ajyste de 100 mil pesos de las expensas que pague en ina cuota. Y COML CADA AÑO DIGO LO MISMO..NO HAY UNA OAVA ELECTRICA ..NO PONEN SHAMPOO y SOLO 2 JABONES Y L limpiwza solo es lubes miercoles y viernes. Pagamos todo el año para venir una semana a disfrutar .EL RESTAURANTE CARISIMO POR PERSONA Y NI HABLAR DE PRECIO PARA DESAYUNAR. FUI UNO DE LOS PRIMEROS SOCIOS Y AHORA VEO QUE EL PRECIO DE UNA SEMANA OARA CUALQUIERA ES UN POCO MAS DE LO QUE UNO PAGA DE EXPENSAS

Tenemos tiempo compartido en Rincon Club desde aproximadamente el año 1998 y debo decir que está última estadía fue pésima. Reservamos estadía con meses de antelación porque venimos en familia. Al llegar, nos dividieron y nos pusieron en distintas partes del complejo. Cuando te entregan la llave en recepción tenes que adivinar dónde está tu cabaña porque no tienen la amabilidad de acompañarte hasta la cabaña y mucho menos de ayudarte con el equipaje. Las cabañas no tienen ningún tipo de mantenimiento, esta todo exactamente igual que hace 26 años. No está bien iluminado. No podes prácticamente cocinar, salvo preparar fideos o arroz porque las hornallas funcionan mal. El microondas tampoco funcionaba. Sentimos olor a gas sin tener prendidas las estufas. Pagamos todo el año para venir una semana a disfrutar y tuvimos que pedir en reiteradas ocasiones el servicio de mantenimiento. Efectivamente había pérdida de gas, junto con otras pérdidas de agua en los baños. La televisión se ve a rayas y el internet tiene pésima conexión. Todo ha sido deplorable. Por ultimo, y lo más importante, es que si llegas a tener algún problema que requiere una emergencia hablando en cuestiones de salud, desde la recepción no te ofrecen ayuda. Lo cual nos llamó mucho la atención por la falta de moral y calidad humana para empatizar con una situación que requería atención.

Las cabañas no tienen mantenimiento. La alfombra de las habitaciones es una mugre, falta de limpieza, humedad en el baño , cortinas rotas y acolchado descosido, la puerta de la heladera estaba rota. En la recepción escuchan los reclamos pero dicen que no pueden hacer nada solo derivan el reclamo a las oficinas de Buenos Aires

Experiência ruim. Hotel velho precisando passar por uma reforma geral. Assim que entrei já estava doida para sair. Café da manhã ruim. Funcionário não achou minha reserva e me deu as costas. Arrependida de ter gasto tanto por um hotel tão fraco

Habría que actualizar algunas cosas porque ya tienen sus años pero el complejo sigue siendo muy lindo. La temperatura d la pileta fue excelente!! La ubicación no puede ser más linda: a dos cuadras del Lago Lácar y se puede ir caminando al centro. Nos encanta, fuimos varias veces.

Sin eventos que se pfrecen en la página y si los había eran poco claros en qué consistía, era fin de semana y en el restaurante no vimos nada de entretén Ivón ni viernes ni sábado. Instalaciones con falta de mantención piscina y cancha de pádel, sin servicio de aseo diario de habitación ni cambio de toallas, que pensamos era obvio por el precio (había un calendario de aseo cada ciertos días ¿?, tuvimos que pedir cambio a una de las señoras de aseo que la encontramos en el pasillo) mucho ruido en la mañana, cuando realizaban limpieza de otras habitaciones. Espacio pequeño para estacionamiento, el precio no incluye desayuno. Cuando hicimos el check out, preguntamos a qué se debía, nos dijeron que por falta de personal. En fin, mi esposo quiso darme una sorpresa con un “Resort” que no da para eso y regresamos defraudados y estafados.

Son un desastre! Hicimos reserva por booking y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no existía la reserva. No se hicieron cargo de su error. Muy desprolijos con el uso de la plataforma. Su respuesta fue: ‘consíganse otro lugar’. Una falta de respeto total! Nos dejaron en la calle sin darnos ninguna solución.
