The room was fabulous. Very comfortable. Very clean. Great bed. The bar was excellent ... great service, great selection, decent food options. The lobby area is huge and there are plenty of options for sitting and relaxing and/or working . Very hospitable staff.

Staff was amazing. Diamond was especially great! Lobby is amazing- love it. So comfy and so many great places to work.
Only reason I am giving less than the full stars is the rooms. While they are beautiful, and I love the decor, there is no storage space. In the bathroom there is no place to put toiletries or hair appliances. In the bedroom, only one small place to hang clothes no drawers. It’s not a great room if you’re staying more than one or two nights, I will come back because everything else is so great but it would be good to have more storage in those rooms.

Bed sheets not changed. We found them wrinkled and with someone's hair on them. This was quickly corrected by the staff. But the refrigerator in the room did not cool the items put in it. The temperature dial did not work. And someone took all of the hangers out of the closet.

I love Graduate Hotels and we went a little out of our way to stay here because our experience has been so good at other locations. However, I was disappointed in this stay. From the clutter at the front desk, dirty doors and elevators, uncomfortable bed and pillows and dusty room. I could go on and on. So disappointed Oxford.

When checking in we asked for a higherfloored room. We were directed to 4th floor. When arriving to the room the door was open and no sheets were on the bed. Obviously room wasn’t ready and we needed to head back down to get another room. Unfortunately this room was on the first floor which was a little loud. Other than that the hotel is great.

The room was very nice and the bed was especially lovely. However there was only one person working which led to a substantial line forming for check in. I had also asked about the Coop bar and was told the hours on google where correct. Later though, I was told by a different employee that the hours were in fact not correct and my husband and I had only missed the last call by 5 min. The coop closed at 10.30 instead of the reported 12am which is a very large difference.

The property needs some maintenance and updates. The lobby area is very nice, but the air freshener is overly strong. Our stay was over the holidays and the on site coffee shop and restaurant were open limited hours. There is no vending onsite. These are not things that are dealbreakers and we would stay again for the right price. The location is amazing.

Location was great. Hotel was understaffed and not prepared for check in on a busy Friday night. Room was not clean, and old soap and washcloth were left in bathroom.
