Superficial cleaning, there was a “live” cockroach in my bathroom! That's right!!!
No room service, you carry your bags, if you order something to eat (very simple and limited menu) you will have to collect it at reception. Room with a musty smell and in the corridors, very dingy carpet with crusts.

A atendente que fez o serviço de transfer para a gente foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Os quartos são bons. Porém o atendimento da recepção e do café da manhã deixam muito a desejar. Mais de 10 minutos aguardando reposição de talheres. Muita demora na reposição dos itens e na limpeza das mesas. Os atendentes da recepção não respondem o pedido.
