Very comfortable stay, excellent service. Car can be arranged to and from Yueyang Dong railway station. Free breakfast. Would stay again.

還不錯。有迎接水果，就是早餐比較早就沒了，一定得提前點就吃，我們踩點去所剩無幾，前台還補寄個醬板鴨以表歉意！！態度很好，隔壁就是岳陽樓，鄱陽湖！交通方便

非常好，訂的標準間，各項設施非常新，衞生間洗浴和坐便器分離設計，空調很足，早餐很豐盛，服務員態度非常好，我們上午去了岳陽樓，給我們免費延遲到下午兩點退房，很好的酒店。

住過全球那麼多酒店，唯獨這個家門口岳陽的酒店居然這服務把我征服，真心驚訝到怎麼可以每一個員工從大堂經理陳小姐到接車司機都可以如此發自內心的服務客户，體驗感超級温暖！強烈推薦

凌晨到達，洗澡衹有温水，零下的天氣冷死了。吹風機使用一會兒就有焦味，都不敢用了。淋浴房的縫太大，洗完澡的水漏到外面一大灘水。設備太差。訂的親子房，還是禁煙的，房間竟然有煙灰缸的。酒店解釋是因為有些顧客不注意，所以就設了煙灰缸在房間。這個理由也太過了。禁煙房又如何會放煙灰缸呢…差

岳陽高鐵東站至酒店接送服務:這個服務很好，出站直接接到酒店。住了兩晚，還有送站。
前台服務很親切，自助早餐挺好吃，品種齊全。
房間衞生還不錯，
唯一問題是臨街房間偶爾會有些吵鬧，
因為當地可以燃放煙花。
