Absolutely beautiful!!! The staff are all so sweet and decorated the room for my friends birthday. They give you recommendations which were all amazing. Beautiful place and spotlessly clean. Facilities were incredible, such a nice break away.

The villa we stayed in was quite smart and chic. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable The gardens and pool were immaculate and tropical The staff were pleasant and gave us towels when we needed them We had chosen the villa as it would be a good place to chill in between two city breaks , there were a couple of issues Firstly the only cooking equipment was a microwave, no hot plate or toaster And secondly there were only two wooden beds around the pool so there was no where to sit comfortably on a night These to me were essentials missing from a good holiday spot

My family spent Christmas + 2 more days at this fantastic property. We had the 3 bed room villa which was great with a spacious common living room. Staff were friendly and does a good job of maintaining the property. Location is superb near Cenang and Tengah beaches and many good restaurants.

I'm the manager of Looma, and here to explain stolen things. Voyager didn't specify that the item she lost was a bag of candy. But she deliberately misled everyone into thinking that this was a big matter. Maybe kids eat that candy secretly . That’s this things all. Innocent won’t explain too much. Thank you. The place was nice and cozy 😌. Until we asked for room service and we came back and found that the staff had been through our bags and stole some of our stuff When we confronted them about it the manager replied 2 days later and came and met us 3 days later. Afterwards she didn't do anything about and basically called us liars and kept saying this is the first time we hear about this and didn't do anything about it.

These new villas in Langkawi are a nice affordable option. The location is not spectacular, for example, the beach is just a short walk away through a messy building site, there is not much to do in the area. But the villas are new, we like that and a Grab taxi is easily booked. You can also use Looma's luxury bus (velfire) service at reasonable prices. Our villa had its own garden with a private swimming pool (otherwise there was little garden left) because the swimming pool was quite large. There was a furnished living room with large TV, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A/C, spacious bathroom, good linen, spotlessly clean. Everything is fine. The entire construction is not luxurious, but certainly very neat. In short, nice stay for a few days
