一進大堂，氣派又温馨，工作人員熱情似火，手續眨眼辦完，還貼心介紹周邊。房間佈置精巧，床軟乎乎像雲朵，用品高檔齊全，細節盡顯用心。餐飲更是一絕，早餐花樣多，正餐色香味俱全。休閑設施豐富，健身房器材新，泳池水質清。酒店交通便利，去哪都方便。住這兒，舒適又安心，挑不出毛病，下次還來！

11月1日下午住宿。要考試，預訂的房間，大窗户正對着馬路噪音較大，找當時值班那個前台女的給換個房，死活就是不給我換。還騙我。等到後面換班後的人才幫我換了房間，房子很多，很容易換。 我考試上次就住這裏，這次前面下午值班那個女前台的服務讓我很生氣，欺騙客户，不好好服務，同時損害酒店的利益。我訂了兩天，心情不好住了一天就退房了。要向酒店投訴她，希望得到處罰。希望後面住店的客人都看到這條評價，謹慎。
