Clean and modern. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few hundred meters away from the Yellow River Iron Bridge. There are all kinds of food around, just opposite the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. The Hu's buns are delicious, and the snack atmosphere in Dazhong Alley is particularly good. The hotel is clean and hygienic. Next time I’ll choose Atour’s chain

The service attitude is excellent. I contacted you one day in advance to inform them about the decoration downstairs. I also asked enthusiastically about the check-in time. My child fell asleep when I was supposed to check out at 14 o'clock.

First of all, the location of the hotel is near Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, but the hotel entrance is at the back of the entire building, in the parking lot. The navigation does not show it in the parking lot. You can see the hotel sign when you look up, but you can't find the hotel entrance. The hotel front desk is on the 19th floor, and the guest rooms are on the 16th, 17th, and 18th floors. You just wait for the elevator, and no one will say a word. Since I was traveling alone, I couldn't find the hotel entrance with my suitcase. I called the front desk to ask how to get there, but the front desk couldn't explain it clearly. The road from the parking lot to the hotel entrance is relatively dark, which may not be suitable for timid people traveling alone. It's a bit scary to go out for supper at night. Secondly, the sanitation in the hotel is not very good. There is dust on the countertops and on the lids of disposable coffee cups. The room guide is not very good. There are two sockets at the head of the bed in the room, and none of them can be plugged in. The charger plug can't be plugged in at all, and it falls off when plugged in. I arrived at more than 9 o'clock in the evening, pulling a lot of luggage, and I really felt that it was inconvenient to change hotels. In addition, it was shown that it could not be cancelled when booking, otherwise I really changed hotels. When I made the reservation, I saw that Atour, Zhongshan Hotel, and Hampton by Hilton were all nearby with similar prices, with a difference of less than 50 yuan. I chose Atour, a chain hotel with a good reputation in recent years, but it was far from what I expected.
