Everything is perfect for special trip. The view from my room is amazing

It is recommended to book in the new building. The view is very, very good, and the spa is very unique. However, the photo taking time is limited. You can only take photos at specific times. The view is very good. You must get up early in the morning to see the sea of ​​clouds at your feet.

I went there for the infinity pool and spa. The hotel is on the mountain. There is a private train up and down the mountain, which is very convenient. You can also enjoy the first-class cabin of the ship when staying at the hotel. The overall environment is very quiet. Except that the room is a bit small, everything else is ok

The environment is very beautiful, the service is also very good, but the basic room is very ordinary and small, and the welcome drink is directly handed to the guests and is not prepared in the room

There's not much to say about the hotel. Great location, superb architecture, amazing wellness area and good restaurants. Everything as you would expect or expect from a 5-star resort. But a few little things are annoying or really unacceptable in such a great resort. Just a quick note on what we didn't like: 1. When you reserve a table (we did it about 8 days before arrival), they expect about 2 emails a day to confirm that the reservation is confirmed (I received 8 confirmations in total)!!! 2. The SPA reception: Of course we went to the wellness area on the first day. Everything was fine, we just gave our room number and that was it. Then the next day the lady at the SPA reception demanded that we absolutely needed a key for the entrance to the SPA and for the locker. To which we replied that we didn't need that before and that all the doors were open without keys anyway. She argued that this was a requirement and that she couldn't explain why the doors were open... after 5 minutes, we simply took the key and that was it. Of course, we didn't need it, since the doors opened without it. 3. Turndown service until 9:30 PM!!!! You have to give your room number almost everywhere in the hotel. This means the hotel knows that you'll be in the bar or restaurant from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. In other top-class hotels, service takes place during this time, not when you return to your room at 9:00 PM, stuffed, and the waiter wants to clean your room 5 minutes later. 4. The service in the Lakeview Bar: Responsibilities for tables are not regulated. Waiters change several times a night because the manager suddenly assigns them to other tasks. Suddenly, there's only one waiter, full tables aren't cleared, etc. The highlight was waiting 25 minutes for an espresso because the bartender had just left... I'm aware that this is a very high-level complaint. But these are all minor things that aren't necessary. Nevertheless, we'll be back :-)

When we first arrived at the hotel, the front desk sold us the expensive room in the main building, but we didn't want it because there was no balcony. When we got to the room, it didn't seem to be the balcony room we booked, so we changed it again. The Asian restaurant was quite expensive and didn't taste good. It was Michelin, the standard of a normal Thai restaurant in China. People probably went there just for the view and the spa.

The environment is very good, the breakfast and dinner are excellent, the hot spring temperature is just right, the scenery is pleasant, you can see the snow-capped mountains, it's invincible, the staff is very considerate

How should I put it? This hotel is a must-stay in Lucerne if you come to Switzerland. Please note that when booking a room through Ctrip, the cheapest mountain view room is in the building next door. You cannot see Lake Lucerne from the window of that building. The building is a little older and smaller. The room overlooking the lake is in another building. It is in the same building as the swimming pool and is more modern. Half of the price of this hotel is for the infinity pool. I highly recommend it.

The room is very good, the balcony view is very beautiful, the swimming pool is very warm, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, there are many varieties, everyone is very polite, I highly recommend everyone to come and play

The ceiling of Switzerland, the scenery, service and restaurant are impeccable, I will choose it next time
