Staff are very helpful and accomodating.They respond quickly to your requests.Lobby needs to be upgraded.Only thing that I did not like is the shower. The whole bathroom gets wet because there is no enclosure just a shower curtain .But overall you get good value for your money.Room is spacious and very clean.A little far from the city but if you want peace and quiet I would recommend this place plus it is right across a 7 Eleven and a good Korean Restaurant.

The room is very old, smells musty, not worth the 400 RMB, and there is no hot water for bathing. There are cockroaches in the first room, the kettle is full of water stains, and the floor is full of yellow dirt. I have never stayed in such an outrageous place hotel

It was a nice resort with three swimming pools, jakuze and a private beach. The restaurant had nice meals, breakfast was buffet and tasty. The staff were kind and helpful. If you are visiting Mactan, you should stay at this resort. I'd recommend this resort.

was very nice and quiet the hot tub heater was broken making the ocean water warmer

This is our 2nd time here, the place is very affordable, has 3 lovely clean pools and a jacuzzi. The staff are amazing, and so polite. The breakfast is good but limited choice. There's great resturants nearby but most places you need a taxi ride (200 peso) If you like a quiet relaxing place this is it. The rooms are clean, comfy and the beds really nice. A/c keeps the room nice even when 34 degrees outside. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back

it was good, just ok though the staff were very accommodating however the beach front did not enjoyed it and the pool water looked not well taken care of.

Convenient to go to Olango Island. The ferry terminal near the Shangri-La Hotel is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by Jimny. Boat charter from the hotel costs 7500php for 4 people. san viciente.Surpa Island and Talima Beach. The hotel pool is also good. Eat and rest at a small rest house on the side. There is a 7-Eleven across the street.

I booked a sea view suite with my friends, but there was a problem with the room, so we were assigned two basic studio rooms. There were no problems with the facilities or services, but I was a little disappointed that the room was changed, and the sound of the club on the other side of the sea was heard until late at night, so it was difficult to sleep. Old but clean accommodation. Wow, I liked the swimming pool next to the sea.

I had a long and very comfortable stay with great service. 4 swimming pools, access to the sea and free breakfast to your room 🙂

I and my husband decided to have a short 1 day break away from the busy city life of Cebu and tried Palmbeach. We found it very old resort yet it offered playhouse for kids and game room for adult. There was a small pool jacuzzi-size with 2feet as its height to which not harder to watch kids went swimming. The beach flooring was slimy as there were alot of greens thus not too enticing to swim. We were set to stay at the 4th floor to which my husband commented like a hospital in the hallway 😅 There was a connecting door to another room were the guests were so loud and made us not safe. Going home, it was so hard to find taxi and you have to add P200 just to provide you one. The service was ok and it was a good stay overall.

It was a sweet escape from the busy metropolis at Palm Beach resort. The place is beautiful, staff friendly and a clean place to stay in. Plus points for the very accommodating staffs during our visit. Napaka accessible din if you want to have an island hopping adventure. Highly recommended 😍

The resort is lovely, the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, and the outside pool areas are clean and well furnished with nice cottages. The restaurant menu is good and the food is delicious. Airport transfer is a bit expensive but on par with other resort transfers. I can't really fault our stay, rooms are well furnished, plenty of tv channels, bathroom clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great stay guys
