The hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There's no one next door until 3 a.m. and the TV is playing, so it's hard to sleep. They gave me a connect room, which means there is a door between rooms. If there is a TV or other sounds next door, it will be very noisy.The hotel has a huge problem with arranging rooms. Choose carefully!!!

We stayed at Virgin hotel twice on two different buildings and we had such great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious with smart lights and beautiful interiors.

The room was very dirty and the housekeeping did a really bad job. They did not change the bedsheet for new guests after the prior guest left. They never cleaned the bathroom or vacuumed the carpet.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff are also kind and nice. Although it is a little far from the main street, it is in a calm and nice location.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were beautifully set up. The resort was beautiful too but the fee is a bit high conpared to the amenities there. Most of them are paid.

This was our second stay at Virgin Hotels. The room was spotless, shower and bed excellent.
The ****** doesn’t seem to get overly crowded and the best part was the lack of smoke in the hotel.
We’ll return again.

A nice, comfortable hotel with in 25 minutes walk
of The Las Vegas ***** near Planet Hollywood. Easy check in and check out. 2 small bottles of water provided in the room each day.
The King size bed is so comfortable and there are lots of usb slots and power points in the room.
