We stayed one night at Hotel Cuello de Luna and it was average. The rooms are simple with little efforts on the decoration. The only little plus is the heated blankets which are really useful for the cold nighs. The dinner is a simple set menu which was OK. The breakfast is also a simple experience. The prices were really high for the overall experience.

Nicely located close to the Cotopaxi park, but no views and the motorwas was audible. Rooms a little run-down, could not even open the windows in the so-called superior rooms. Overpriced for what it was. The staff was quite helpful with advice on trips.
