We spent seven nights there. Despite the construction at the front entrance during our stay, the hotel offers a great location, with one of the main train stations just steps away. Our room on a high floor provided stunning city views, and we enjoyed visiting the highest skybar in Paris. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We especially appreciated the staff's prompt response to our requests and concerns—their professional and reassuring approach turned potential issues into positive experiences. Highly recommended for those looking for a more modern and vibrant stay in Paris.

Good location which is nearby metro. Staff is nice and helpful. Very convenient to buy things in the supermarket which is exactly next to this hotel. Breakfast is fair as not many varieties and food is refilled so fast.

The location was just perfect to travel at the Paris Monparnasse station.
There are quite a lot of great restaurants around and it’s literally 3 mins to the train station by walk.
The room was pretty decent with good size.
Highly recommend for those who takes the train from the Paris Monparnasee station.

Hotel’s hardware is good and new, while the service is mediocre where their air conditioning system is switching itself off every 15mins which made me unable to sleep at all and forced to swap room at 5am. While their hotline is not working at all during the first night where i had to go to the lobby myself at 5 am. The rest of the stay is fine while they apologized for the air con mishap. The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo. This is kind of expected given the convenient location of the hotel.

Prices fluctuate a lot so make sure you grab the rooms when the prices are low. Don't skip breakfast.

No doors for the shower room. Missing curtain. Feedback to the concierge but the hotel staff say it is what it is.
Doors to toilet unable to close fully.
Aircon/heater is old and not digital.
The road outside the hotel is under renovation
Overall, it is very bad considering pullman standard.
Will not recommend anyone to this pullman. Avoid please
