Anglade Hotel

The worst experience I have ever had with anyone while traveling! Checkin at this hotel is between 4 and 8 PM. I texted the hotel from the road because we ran into heavy traffic and realized we will not make it there in time. I told them we will be 15 minutes late. They messaged us and aske d us to call between 6 and 7 pm. They texted in French so the translation was ridiculous. We didn't have reception where we were so we only got the text after 7 PM. I messaged them to tell them why we are late and they told us basically that this is not okay and we should have called like they told us between 6 and 7. I explained again I could not call. They told us they will send a text when we get to the hotel and they will give us the information to get in via text. We arrived at 8.20 PM. We called, texted, messaged via booking. No response. Fi ally at 10.30 PM we had to start looking for something else because this person left us on the street in a strange city and in a strange country! Who does that?! What if people actually have problems? Was it that hard for you to wait for 20 minutes? What if someone was sick or we got into an accident? What kind of person are you?! What if this happened to you or someone in your family? What a low life person you are. Very disrespectful. You should consider doing something else with your life because the service industry is clearly not for you.
