Very good location, all the friendly staff from the entrance, the beautiful place, only the inconvenience that when we arrived there were no towels and the bathroom was somewhat stained (cup) and its tub had a slight crack where the water was leaking, I comment on this In order to improve, from then on everything is very nice, thank you.

The rooms need refurbished. Plastic tub was cracked with a hole in it. Only got water from shower. Curtains were torn and had holes in them. Ironing board and safety lock were broken.

The staff was not responsive when I asked for the smoke alarms to be fixed because they kept beeping due to the lack of batteries. Also, the bedding and towels need an upgrade. The bed cover feels like a thin sheet. They should warn everyone to bring their own blanket!
