But I would definitely stay there again!"

"I don't recommend it. I'm a foreigner, but I'll comment in Spanish! On the way, I was in a very serious accident and couldn't get there. In the morning, I asked to cancel, and they said yes, later, but they ignored me until the cancellation date expired. Okay, fine. A cockroach appeared in the room! Great! The air conditioning was very noisy and I couldn't turn it off. Great! I argued for almost 30 minutes about breakfast; they told me their system wasn't working properly until the manager arrived. Great! The gym is bad. Also, many police officers stay at the hotel; it doesn't look like a hotel. It looks like a police station."

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, as always. The facilities were very clean and the location was excellent. However, there were two issues: one of the three elevators was out of order. On Saturday, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but because there was an event and I assume the hotel was fully booked, we waited in line for over 40 minutes just to get our rooms, as there were only two people at the front desk. Both of these situations could have been prevented. It seems like they've either cut down on staff or perhaps they don't value queueing theory studies. I hope they return to their usual concern for quality service."
