房東人很好，房子的地理位置特別棒，房間很乾凈，衞生很不錯。雖然出了一些小插曲，但是房東在第一時間幫忙給解決了，很滿意，還送了一桶水。

地理位置不錯，距離海邊很近，可以趕海。這個公寓在小區內，價格實惠，設施一般，基本滿意。適合一家人三口或者四口入住。追求性價比的可以選擇，追求品質的就不建議了。

小區環境挺高檔，中南拉唯那唯一一個有免費沙灘浴場的小區，步行5分鐘就可以到海邊，商業街裏面也非常熱鬧，配套設施齊全，房間也很不錯，直接可以看大海的海景房😀
