Biancaleuca Rooms & Suite

BianaLeuca is a great place to stay in Leuca. The location is great, short walk to restaurants and right on the ocean. Lots of amazing views minutes away, Leuca is a beautiful place. The place has a common kitchen and outdoor chill out area. Roberto ( the host) is a nice guy and has many recommendations about the area. Hope to be back.

Excellent time in SM di Leuca. Roberto was nice and gave the best places to eat !

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Roberto (who owns the property in conjunction with his wife Giulia), who was only too happy to also assist with our luggage. We were shown to our spacious, extremely clean and modern apartment which included a bedroom with queen bed, a kitchen and living area with table and chairs, as well as a sofa and sofa bed and private bathroom. Air-conditioning was provided and worked well, as did the free Wi-Fi. There was also a balcony which had partial sea views and a portable clothes rack. The apartment also had all the kitchen accessories one could require (including tea and coffee making), whilst free parking was readily available in the quiet cul de sac street outside the apartment. Roberto provided us with a map of Leuca and also details of recommended restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as nearby sights and things to do and explained that he and his wife were there to assist with anything we may require during our stay. He also advised that there was a nearby communal room for guests, which included a washing machine and for a fee of 10 euros, a visitor could have exclusive use of this facility. We gratefully took up this offer. It is also worth mentioning the location, which is in a quiet area of Leuca (away from the general hustle and bustle of both traffic and people) and around an easy 10-minute walk to the main town area, where there are many restaurants, cafes, as well as supermarkets etc, whilst the closest beach is only one street back from the actual accommodation. In conclusion, we had a wonderful 4 days stay and would have no hesitation in recommending BiancaLeuca Guesthouse.

Giulia and Roberto were very helpful and welcoming hosts. They answered without delay to my inquieries before arriving and brought me from the bus stop with car. I got a map and a lot of useful information about Santa Maria di Leuca. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and had a nice balcony. The B&B was perfectly located near the centre. A wonderful place to stay in Leuca!

Excellent stay - would recommend to my friends for sure!!

I booked this property believing it was bed and b/fast. Upon arrival I was told there was no b/fast and this was in the booking confirmation. There was no mention of b/fast being included or excluded in the booking confirmation and no option of selecting room only or adding b/fast during the booking process. Based on this infomation I think it's fair to assume b/fast was included. The owners were adamant it wasn't and it was my error. This is despite bed and b/fast still being advertised on various booking sites. There is an error somehwere and it's not clear whether it's the owners or *******'s but the fact b/fast wasn't available wasn't communicated to until b/fast time on the first morning. Other services such as laundry also weren't available and having travelled light with the expectation of being able to wash clothes this was very inconvenient. I was told in wriitng by the owner that the washing machine was broken the previous day by another guest! There was no w/m to be seen within the guest accomodation so we assume it was within the owners accomodation. After complaining to ******* the owners then said breakfast would be availble in two days time and that the w/m would be fixed. We had already decided to leave at this point so it was irrelevant but it looked very much like the owners had gone away for a few days and that was why breakfast and the w/m were unavailable. The owners declined to take any responsibilty or provide a refund so I dealt with *******

Liked the location - proximity to the sea and attractions. Didn’t like the lack of eating establishments - but it was the off-season, so to be expected I guess......

A perfect B&B for those wanting to be close to the harbor/beach area. Excellent service all around (thank you Roberto!). We were provided great dinner suggestions based on our time of visit (off season). Can recommend for anyone visiting Santa Maria di Leuca.
