It's really bad, I have stayed in a few Shangkeyou, this is the worst one. The service is also poor and the noise is quite loud.

我本來是重慶的，元旦帶着孩子回去參加婚禮，就住了一晚上，晚上為了方便給孩子洗漱，就把鑽戒放在了床頭櫃上，鑽戒不大，但是也跟我十年了，平時我也不帶，就有啥事才帶一下，結果就一直忘了，等到後來想起來問酒店，就説打掃衞生沒有發現，我打死不信的，印象深刻當時床頭櫃上我就放了個戒指，還在正中央！還説要是顧客留了東西會通知，那當時我還有一衹眉筆沒收放在衞生間不也沒通知嗎？還是我打電話找戒指才説有衹眉筆，不是自相矛盾嗎
