設施：新建的酒店 很新 大堂前台等都體現着希爾頓的標準 房間比較大裝修比較奢華 住着很舒服
房內晚間供氧10小時:供養還是有一定作用的對高反患者不錯
衞生：酒店從內到外都有着很好的衞生情況 你會覺得踏入酒店就煥然一新 不會有任何不適
環境：酒店從內到外的希爾頓品質完全沒的説 除了地理位置有些遠 其他的完全沒有問題
服務：前台和服務人員特別貼心 服務態度也特別的好 符合希爾頓的品質
藏式歡迎禮包:還送了歡迎禮包和哈達 很開心接受了祝福

入住特別滿意 從入住前一天開始聯繫我們到底時間，安排好房間，尤其是前台小姐姐玉珍服務特別好 特別想表揚，酒店送的藏式小禮物很喜歡。這個季節天氣也很舒服 外在酒店入住了幾天 入住貼別滿意，還有還有他們大堂的下午茶特別好吃 。還有文創紀念品價格也很實惠 很好看。。

前台小哥哥 旺堆
服務態度挺好的，很熱情，也親切，辦理入住，很快，很熟練。早餐種類很多，進入房間的第一感覺是，房間又大又乾淨，很温馨，房間香香的，説明通風效果好。床上用品一看就是更換過得，特別乾淨整潔，衞生真的沒話説。洗手間的玻璃明亮亮的，一點水印都沒有，看來是服務員認真打掃過得。

酒店環境很好，前台服務熱情。
房間安靜，用品齊全，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，沒有異味，床墊睡着挺舒服的。
早餐品種豐富，選擇性多，味道也不錯，和老公兩個人吃的很滿意。
後面有機會來拉薩的話還是會選擇希爾頓，住宿體驗很不錯。

前台拉姆小姐姐 玉珍小姐姐等服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力強，房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，早餐品種多，味道好，值得推薦 有免費藏服提供 都挺好，週一到週五還有免費的班車送布達拉宮 博物館 大昭寺等，房間送了藏試小禮物非常喜歡 很值得入住。入住期間工作人員很主動關心高反嚴重情況 很感動！很贊很贊
