準備在這個酒店住三天，所以開了三天的房間，去了之後開好房間，上去結果氣味太難聞了，房間衞生看着也不乾淨，所以直接退房了，大概10分鐘不到，退房的時候前台也沒有説要在APP上操作退單，今天被扣了錢，因為是預付款訂單，聯繫酒店説要和客服聯繫，聯繫了客服之後，説我當天在酒店待了4個小時所以衹能退2天的房費，我想問的是我是怎麼呆了4個小時。雖然最終退了3天房費，但是這樣的酒店為了掙錢説假話就過分了。

剛開的時候住過，印象還不錯。但是這次是給家裡長輩定的，在高德地圖上定了幾次用了優惠券酒店不給確認訂單要求取消，説要168才能定，我用了優惠券，第一次146讓我取消訂單，第二次152又讓我取消訂單。我就來攜程定的。服務態度不好，給人印象挺差的。
