房間門刷卡器上全是灰。去前台反應問題，前台站了三個工作人員，前台附近站了三個工作人員，一共六個人，沒有工作人員表示歉意。選房前特意叮囑選個離電梯遠的，上樓發現給開的房間離電梯最近。服務質量符合遼源十八線城市標準，服務質量與智選酒店品牌不符。

早餐還可以，主要比較臟，換了兩個房間，感覺打掃不乾淨，最主要屋裡特別熱，前台説有製冷，維修人員説沒有製冷，屋裡最少30度，沒有冷氣，挺熱的

洲際旗下的酒店硬件方面沒的説，從房間設計 備品到被子枕頭全方位吊打遼源其他連鎖酒店。早餐很豐富，住的兩天每天菜品都不同，特別是早餐廳的一個男服務生永遠面帶微笑，禮貌客氣，而且快速響應顧客的需要。唯一不太滿意的就是半夜被酒醉的其他房客吵醒（半夜11.30開門大聲唱歌）後來酒店出面給解決了。

環境：這個差是給酒店的理念和硬件設施的 我房型升級了 這個房間市價在大概300吧 一進房間還挺高興 老大了 一直到半夜隔壁大媽回來
隔音巨差 那隔壁大媽12點了 還瘋狂聊天 從盤古開天闢地開始聊 大媽不聊了吧
門口櫃上面有個空開箱子 管電源開關的 一直在翁翁翁翁 具體請聽視頻 視頻錄音都是弱化過得
多虧我帶耳塞了
我相信我提出換房間會給我換 都12點了過於折騰了就算了 我覺得這個價位不應該啊 你那牆是用紙殼做的嗎
設施：2023年開業是吧 智能化垃圾 馬桶沒有加熱 沒有機器人送餐 窗簾手動 電視更是垃圾
更離譜的是礦泉水不是無限續 2元一瓶 服務人員拿着掃碼當場付款 關鍵你2元一瓶還是純水樂
説説23年開業的漢庭 170左右的市價 機器人送餐 馬桶是熱的 窗簾是電動的 房間內沒有雜音 隔音不至於像視頻那麼誇張 重點來了 水是無限續的 並且保温箱裏拿出來的 冬天也是温的 晚上還送你銀耳湯 ！！ 你離店出發回家的時候還讓你帶倆瓶走 不至於你在去找超市買
這酒店版本更新落後了 一羣培訓還是啥集體活動的在大廳抽煙 幾十號人排隊打咖啡 時間緊就沒喝上

定的兩間房，一間開放式套房，一間高級大床房。有幸大床房是堡壘房（一層有兩間），攜程優先！酒店新，一切都好，床品舒適，早餐較豐富，停車方便，服務也不錯，在遼源地界算數一數二。其他感受：房間還是有些味道；酒店地理位置較偏！
