This hotel is located in an older property that is very convenient for the town centre. There is a small amount of parking on site but otherwise you will need to use on street parking (of which there is quite a lot). For train travelers the Gare is a short walk away at the end of the road. It was odd to find that, on arrival, the hotel (and reception) was closed for lunch until 14:00. It was also odd that once reception closed for the evening they locked their door which also led to the lounge area! The room and bed were comfortable and had A/C and Tea/coffee facilities. However the ensuite shower/toilet was small and an odd triangular shape. The adjacent square had several cafes and restaurants. If staying on a Sunday or Monday booking a restaurant would be a good idea as we found many in the town were already "complet" ie fully booked. The Bistro Marine, by the river, does serve a handsome burger!

Convenient property for the town centre and friendly staff. Close to Train Station. Older building well maintained. Good size room with AC and a comfortable bed.
However, Limited parking inside the grounds, the shower was an odd triangular shape and small making it difficult to turn around and there was no safe in the room. Also, reception and hotel was closed for lunch, reopening at 14:00. Also, oddly, once reception closed for the evening and in locking the door this also excluded access to the lounge area!
Breakfast was offered but not taken and there are eating places on the adjacent square. Beware though Sundays and Mondays can be days when French shops and restaurants are closed. So it is worth checking and booking if you want to eat at a specific time.

The worst ever: 3 constant smoking ladies right at the entrance, cold arrogant attitude, pretending hotel is full in order to give you a higher priced room. Terrible. And making reservation avoiding bookingcom did not inpress her……I had to pay full price though I saved her 15% bookingfee! The worst unpersonal ever

Stayed here for a night when visiting Libourne. Quite an attractive hotel and definitely not without charm. Very handy for the train station and the town centre and all the bars and restaurants there. The room was fine but there was a big slash in the wallpaper, the tv was small and the room had those weird ceiling tiles you used to see in offices in the 70s which rather detracted from the character of the room. Also the bathroom was very cramped. The breakfast was the usual continental fair and quite good. Reasonable hotel for the price but with a little bit of money spent on it, it could be even better.

Chambre 1er prix coté rue horrible. Poussiéreuse! Matelas du lit à ressorts. Moquette douteuse. Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct. Heureusement c’était juste une étape.

Hôtel en plein centre de Libourne mais trouver une place de parking à été facile . Hôtel un peu désuet mais correct. Accueil bienveillant . Les chambres au rdc sur la rue sont à éviter. Le petit déjeuner est bon la viennoiserie semble fraîche..
