From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by our hostess 小苏 who treated us to tea. We told her where we planned to visit and she quickly arranged our tickets and rides. She is very efficient, reliable, courteous and friendly. All the other staff are also friendly and helpful. Our room is comfortable and has good amenities, including a heated toilet seat, and a humidifier. We have a small balcony with good view, from where we watched a beautiful sunrise over the old town. The breakfast room has a wide, commanding view of the town below. It melted our hearts. The Chinese breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and allowed us to skip lunch. When we left, 小苏 and one of the male staff with strong arms carried our luggage uphill (15 分钟）to the taxi stand and sat with us until our ride came. Business became friendship and we were deeply touched.

Excellent stay at Lijiang Joyful boutique hotel , Xiao Su was the most helpful of hosts and helped us with organizing our stay. I would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and had lovely views of the city. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is on Lion Rock. It’s a short walk after getting off the bus. You can pick up the airport and carry your luggage directly to the hotel. Check-in is easy!
The room is very spacious and has a nice view. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy the view and make tea! Also help contact travel agencies, etc.
