The view is the only positive of this hotel. The food is poor at best as dinner is served in the sister hotel which is 3* and it's probably the worst food we have had abroad. The rooms are dated and the the gym is very disappointing...the place could do with an overhaul. The cleaners are really happy which was a plus, alot of other staff just smoking around the facilities leaving a bad smell. Does not meet 4* barely 3*

The hotel has stunning views of the lake and the staff is very helpful to any concerns. However we dont consider the hotel as a 4 star. Food is below average in selection and quality, water costs 2 EUR, there are no ''free water'' not even at the reception, which is very common even in 3 and 2 star hotels. WIFI costs money too unless you opt for a very slow connection that doesn't work most of the time. its like the hotel is stuck in 1999 where you had to pay for WIFI.

As other reviews we found the hotel a little tired and if honest we were initially a little disappointed. Having said that the view was amazing and did make up for it! Staff were great and gardens were nice, we really enjoyed the pool (with awesome view). The private beach was well worth a visit for us as well. Breakfast was good.

Spent 4 nights at end of July /start of August. Really lovely hotel. Friendly staff with warm welcome. Bedrooms were good with amazing views of the lake Always cleaned well. Breakfast was great. Top poll was georgeous looking out on the lake and quiet. Mini bus to private beach and into town, great service. All topped off by staying in limone - what a beautiful place! As we left, (start of August) it was suddenly getting busier so August maybe a different experience.

We loved the hotel. Check in was so smooth. All the staff were polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and was kept that way throughout our 10 night stay. Breakfast was everything you could have wanted and more. Ate in the snack bar a couple of times - really nice. Views from the hotel were spectacular. Bus from the hotel down into Limone regular and €1 per person. Couldn't have asked for more

We had stayed at the sister hotel Christina next door before and enjoyed that but were looking for a better room which we found at hotel Pietro in the Panorama room which had amazing views from the balcony.
Complimentary Prosecco for checking in online was a nice unexpected touch.
Great outdoor pools, indoor pool nearly empty so I used that every day to earn calorie points to use later.
Breakfast really nice and again with those amazing lake/mountain views.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We will visit again.

A very wonderful view, place and hotel. Everything at hotel Cristina and San Pietro in Limone was ok. We enjoyed very much. We will be back as soon as possible. The view from the room and swimming pool was amazing.

We stayed in one of the recently renovated triple rooms which had an amazing view of the lake to wake up to in the morning! It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok but not as good as some of the other hotels we stayed at on our trip as a lot of the pastries were dry and not that fresh. We also tried to get an iron one night and were told they didn’t have one in the hotel which is surprising given it is a 4 Star. A lot of the staff do give the impression of being a little bit less experienced!

Our trip with two boys (2 and 5 years) could not have been better. One of the outdoor pools had an attached kid pool that kept them very happy. The staff was world class, so friendly and helpful, and our boys were happy to see them everyday! Thank you!
