6.24日，我在攜程網訂好古街客棧標間2晚，到店前台説沒有我的訂單訊息，我真是感到無語了，沒想到去年同樣的一幕又發生了。後經攜程客服打電話與前台溝通，很快就解決了問題，客服又多次打電話過來表示歉意，並給予一定數額的現金作為補償，雖然錢數不多，但體現了攜程網顧客至上理念和真誠。

先説訂房這，無語，我們訂完兩間房了，遲遲不給房，我打電話投訴了，才給的，然後因為我們是379訂的，當時房價賣到550！我兒子的玩具落那了，服務員就説沒有，沒看到，我都把玩具的位置告訴了，還是沒有，又是一頓沒好氣的説了他們一頓，給了，我們出行都用攜程，攜程訂的房，服務都特別好，就這種的，我也是頭一次看見，長見識

入住的別墅區，有私人温泉，疫情期間很適合度假，但是路程相對較遠，建議別墅區入住客人可以把車開進院裏。這種檔次的房間建議配免費的飲用水和水果，泡温泉是要喝茶的，茶具都給配了，免費的茶葉至少給配一包吧！還有房間內洗澡水的水流較小，我又去公眾浴室洗的澡。早餐還好，非常適合帶孩子遊玩。

邊下雪🌨邊泡温泉，氛圍感很棒！兩份免費早餐，免費不限次温泉泡池，加一晚住宿，很划算。設施全面，還有游泳池，魚療。就是室外的温泉不算很熱，剛剛好的程度。

我在平台定的大床房，一米八的床，因為帶了孩子，到了第一次前台給安排成雙標，也沒有告訴我，我到了房間發現和我定的不一樣，又去前台換，還強調了帶了孩子，我定的是一米八床的房間，第二次給我換成一個床了，但是是一米五的，在我再次強調後仍然沒給我安排我定的房間，第三次才給我換成一米八的房間，折騰我兩次，沒有房間就別確認接單，接單了沒房間也提前和顧客溝通一下，我同意了你再調房間，前台服務太差，第一次碰見這麼安排房間的

温泉很好！真的是天然的，水質那叫個絲滑！
客房老舊，我住的房間裏有衞生間，可惜不能洗澡，因為沒熱水…説放半小時會熱，結果怎麼放也不熱…，房間設施像二十年前的小賓館，居然要拉着箱子爬樓梯，沒點力氣可真不方便。
這麼好的温泉，這麼差的客房是真的不協調，我給三分算客氣了，希望快快改進，經營好這無敵的温泉資源！

別墅衹能住兩個人，多一個人要多加258的加床費，但並不會多給一張床，衹是多給一個枕頭和一條被子，衹能三個人擠一張大床，加了費用也不給多拿一瓶水，打掃衞生連垃圾都不收。住別墅的唯一好處是能自己泡自己的現放水，感覺乾淨些。床很硬，枕頭非常不舒服。加水的大爺問話就裝聽不見，酒店內部小路滑得要命，夜間照明不夠好，時光郵局讓人失望透頂，進屋是沒人會理的程度。所有的外賣送到衹能自己走出去取，超級不方便，臨時決定續住的話，從平台下單後也需要再去前台辦理一下手續。別墅隔音很差，隔壁聊天都能聽到，而且外觀看起來是別墅，屋裡看起來更像平房.冬天的話需要一直開空調才不會冷
