I stayed overnight on a Hilton Free Nights Award and there is little doubt in my mind that this was the best hotel stay I have ever had. I didn't want to leave the hotel for a minute. When we arrived, we received a tour of the premises, including the rooftop bar, the outdoor pool and the beautiful common areas. When we got to our room, we were knocked out by the view, the bed, and the complimentary baked goods, champagne and beverages. We were also told that we were entitled to a complimentary 15 minute massage, which my wife and I had scheduled for later that afternoon. I immediately said to my wife "this might be the best place I've ever stayed out" and she corrected me, saying "it definitely is." The massage was unbelievably good. My wife paid to extend it and received a very, very good massage for way less than it should have cost. While she was gone, the hotel sent a small birthday cake to our room (quick note: make sure to complete the ore-arrival questionnaire the hotel sends a day or two before arrival to inform it of any special occasions worth celebrating). I also toured the rooftop bar and saw a great view of the city from the 2nd highest vantage point in the city. We spent an hour at the rooftop pool, which was small but luxurious. The hotel's main restaurant was closed the night we visited, but the hotel's secondary restaurant was open and delicious. We slept very, very well on a large bed that may have been king-sized plus. The next morning we were treated to a five-course breakfast which included fresh-squeezed juice, cappuccino, charcuterie, breakfast breads, yogurt with fruit, an egg dish and a dessert pancake. Again, everything was excellent! I have read some of the more tepid reviews and cannot stress enough that our experience was amazing. Maybe your mileage may vary, and maybe some of your experience depends on your room (ours was 6.2 and is highly recommended), but I cannot imagine a better hotel stay!
