This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had. The service was exceptional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail made the stay feel special. I can’t recommend it enough!

Chicly decorated hotel in a perfect location. The only downside is that the whole hotel cannot even provide a single scale.

The receptions English is not that good. I called for a toothbrush. The attitude is like “what?” Very unprofessional. the front desk also is not super welcome. They give me a wrong room just I didn’t change as a hazel. Won’t stay here next time

I really liked the hospitality at Emerald house. My mother injured herself during our stay in Lisbon and the staff at Emerald house were really helpful! They gave us an upgrade to suite and i ordered all meals to room (paid service). When we had to go to hospital , the staff helped with my mother. Also, the check in and check out was super quick. The only missing thing is it’s not wheelchair friendly and they also do not have a wheelchair for emergencies. But this is usual it seems.
