Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The hotel location is convenient to reach, it is closed to the train station in walking distance. We are only staying overnight so not much knowing the areas. Draw back is try located restaurant with walking distance but most of the food restaurants are over 15 minutes walks or closed. The rooms size and house keeping are great, and the reception is so nice and helpful. Room has plenty power outlets and USB ports, just bring enough power adapters for your own use.One draw back is missing a formal desk but it has a hanging platform instead.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is perfectly acceptable given the price. Complimentary cucumber water is available by the front desk in the lobby, a welcome touch, especially on hot summer days. The room itself was spacious, though the breakfast options were quite limited.

10 minutes walk to the metro station. However, only 10 minutes to the airport through metro. The room is clean but near the train station ( a bit noisy).

I had a very nice experience of staying on the ship. If I have a chance to visit Lisbon, I would definitely like to stay again.

The apartment had a kitchen with basic utensils, including a gas stove, a small pot, a knife (very difficult to use), bowls, plates, cutlery, etc. A nearby supermarket provided ingredients like oil, salt, and seasonings, allowing us to cook our own meals, making for a comfortable stay. The high-floor, east-facing view was excellent, with a wide-open vista and good ventilation. There was a lack of service. The coffee that should have been provided wasn't delivered for the next few days, probably because we had put up a ”Do Not Disturb” sign. Also, although it advertised a 24-hour front desk, there wasn't one; often, no one was at the front desk.

Very good and nice hotel and friendly receptionist Ana. Superb location as the mall opposite the hotel opens till midnight. Awesome sky bar at level 16. We booked the room with river view and it was a sight to behold. Unfortunately it was foggy the morning we were checking out hence the foggy photo from the window.

The facilities of this hotel are not only new, but also very smart and convenient. The room is spotless. The soundproof glass is amazing. Once it is closed, the room is instantly silent. [Strong] The surrounding facilities are complete and convenient. The train station, subway, shopping malls and supermarkets, the Expo Riverside Food Street, the music center... are all within a kilometer. The most convenient thing is that the room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a small kitchen. It is completely no problem to stay for a week. The only thing is that the breakfast is exactly the same every day. Although the product is very good, you will definitely get tired of it. 😝

Olissipo Oriente offers modern comfort in a strategic location. Expect reliable cleanliness, friendly service, upgraded rooms if available, and a solid breakfast buffet. However, don’t expect fitness facilities and beware of busy breakfast times. Overall, it’s a top pick for convenience and value, especially for transit-oriented stays.

It's right next to Oriente Station! I needed to catch the CP train, but I mischecked the departure time, so I ate breakfast in a hurry and left. I left at 9:45 AM to catch the 10:09 AM train, but I arrived with plenty of time to spare, so I ended up waiting a long time for the later train... haha It says it's a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't feel like one. There are no slippers inside, and it's supposed to be nighttime, but it's very dark inside. I requested a twin, but I was given a double. If I come back to Lisbon, I'll probably look for a different hotel.
