房價很老很舊，被單枕套也發黃，當然老酒店，自己願意定的，認了，當時進房間一股味道想退房，考慮旅遊旺季酒店不好定就不提了。前台服務也很差，愛答不理，按金手機付款的，後面説原路返回就沒管，結果過了兩晚還沒退，提醒一下，酒店竟然質問我為什麼不早提？？這不是酒店該操心的事？奉勸差旅還是住連鎖酒店，這酒店質量房價三百左右，旅遊旺季掙個快錢能理解，設施跟不上，服務至少跟上吧？對得起中國涼都這個稱號？？

衞生：比較差，有灰塵，特別是電腦和床頭櫃上面全是灰塵。
環境：高樓層，比較安靜，外面還有公共休息空間

馬桶臭，而且地毯臟的要命，隔音效果不好，那個門用力推都推不開，是另外一個客人給我推開的，而且，第二天我是下午兩點才退房，打掃衞生的12點就進去打掃衞生了……莫名其妙還給我扣了7元
