The hotel’s location was central and one could easily walk to the Wanda plaza .The receptionists were very nice and the check in was smooth .The hallways and our room was clean .There is enough space to move around .The bed was soft and the bedding was clean and fresh.The only thing that I did not appreciate was that there was no shower gel .There was only shampoo .

Worst experience ever. First, the service at the front desk is extremely poor and the language is blunt. Regarding the issue of deposit collection, I asked if the platform cannot guarantee it? The other party replied bluntly that the platform is a platform and the hotel is a hotel. Second, the business ability is extremely poor. The newly issued room card cannot open the door, so the guest is asked to send the card to the front desk for processing.
Third, the water temperature is low and you cannot take a bath. After contacting the front desk, the front desk responded and asked someone to come over and take a look immediately. However, after 12 minutes, there was no response. I called the front desk again and was told all kinds of lies. After the last visit, I was told that it was cold and I had to take a shower for at least half an hour...

The room facilities are average, the bed sheets are torn and have holes, the bath towels are damaged, and most importantly, it is very inconvenient. You have to go to the front desk to activate the room card once a day before you can enter the room. It's simply too strong.
