Room was just OK, although cold as the Hotel heating was turned off, so had to complain. Also, they debited us £100.00 as a "security bond" and upon check in promised to refund the sum as we checked out. They failed to do that. Apparently the refund process takes "a few dsys". Rather disingenuous wouldn't you say.
We won't stay there again.

My TV remote did not work. It was reported and I was assured it would be fixed in time for the morning but it was not. No TV as a solo traveller was very disappointing

The location was very convenient, the room well appointed and clean.
Our only issue, which was not the fault of this hotel, was the noise level from a nearby establishment (heavy, pounding base). The desk clerk was sympathetic and informed us that it would stop at 10:30 pm, which it did, but it did put a damper on our visit, sorry to say.

Brilliant! Fantastic room, very large bed, never slept in a bed so big. So much space and great location
