Premier Inn Liverpool City (Lime Street)

Perfect location if going for a night out or two, right beside the train station and the usual comfortable bed and cleanliness you expect from a Premier Inn. Friendly, helpful staff (especially Nadine on reception) and a Premier Plus room is worth it for the mini fridge alone.

Nice basis hotel but very clean and quiet. Would recommend for location to station and to city centre. No draught beer available but there bottled. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the Premier Inn Lime Street for 3 nights. Lovely welcoming staff, so helpful. Excellent location as we travelled by train and the station was across the road. Our room was quiet, probably one of the quietest hotel rooms we have had. If you wanted your room cleaning you just had to ask Reception in the morning, we didn’t bother as we were out most of the time and the room didn’t need a clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and served hot. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, with excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. Would just avoid the rooms nearest the lifts in future (102 in our case), as we could hear them into the early hours and again early morning.

I had the best nights sleep at this hotel it was spotless and quiet location. I was able to prepare for a meeting I had in work with no fault at all, lovely sitting area in the restaurant food was great and staff couldn’t go anymore out the way to help.

Great location, walking distance from the train station, had a great night's sleep, bed super comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Megan and Mollie really excelled when it comes to customer service, thank you ladies, a credit to this hotel!
