Loved it for the safety and convenience of working at the hospital during a blizzard, easy to get back to and had a great breakfast. Awesome blackout curtains.

We've stayed in this hotel every year since it's opening. It's always been a quality pleasant experience. During the pandemic, the quality of the breakfast went down, understandably. Butit's stayed down ever since. No more excuses, folks. Time to raise the game back up.

Hotel tends to be noisy due to its construction - walls and floors are thin, which exacerbates the noise of kids running in the halls and banging the barn style bathroom doors. Bed was squeaky, but large and comfortable. Bathroom was bright and clean. Low entry shower was large. Ability to turn water on from the entry end is a nice feature. Quiet location. Parking was well lit and we felt safe there. Breakfast was meh - Holiday Inn Express breakfast is better. No EV charging so we'll look elsewhere next time.

it was clean and tidy. I liked the stay.
however, the TV has a screen issue - horizental lines are lined up every centimeter.
and the toilet bowl was not flushing properly so that it was clogged.

The Hampton Inn itself was a great property with extremely helpful staff. We were traveling on bikes and the road is quite unsafe.

I did the booking at 4pm i got the confirmation by email when i got to the hotel at 10pm they told the price was wrong on the website and i have to pay extra 200 dollars or i have to cancel the reservation
That is not my fault their system had a glitch
The receptionist lady canceled my reservation and told me you booked through expidea go deal with them

Our reservation was cancelled prior to arrival by previous staff with no communication. Hotel was booked fully so we were left stranded with no rooms. Very very disappointed. Poor night front desk agent did not know why our room was cancelled with no reason. Very very unprofessional
